With Halloween just around the corner, it has me thinking on all the little princesses
who will be trick or treating.
Can I just say I haven't seen nearly as many dress up as prince charmings?!
The princess must have a counterpart with her no?
I think this frog prince would be the perfect pairing with any princess costume!
I give you the amigurumi pattern here free to be made at your leisure nearly a month in advance of trick or treating. I believe in you! ;) I believe in miracles too, and yarn... yarn that can make something to brighten any one's day... okay - ready, set, go!
* Make some magic! :) *

Hello Dawn, Just love your knitted frog prince. Would make any child happy to have him.
ReplyDeleteHi Jen! You are too kind! Thank you for commenting and for your words of encouragement! I do appreciate them! I hope you are well! ~Dawn
DeleteDawn, thanks for the pattern! I had a little trouble on Round 6 of the front legs. It's possible I am reading it wrong. 1 sc, dec1, dec 1 equals was coming out to 3 stitches instead of 4. I had to put a sc in the last remaining stitch to get a stitch count of 4 for that round. The frog turned out great regardless. Anyway, thanks again!
ReplyDeleteHi AnAngelsMommy, Thank you for pointing this out! The way I wrote it wasn't clear, the 1sc, 1 dec should have been in parentheses. I've cleaned up the post on that row and found another that read the same way to hopefully make it clearer in the future. :) Thank you for taking the time to comment and for making the frog! :) I'm so happy it turned out for you! Best, Dawn
